Bliss Balls


  • 8 x Medjool dates, pitted
  • 1 1/2 cups Gluten Free Granola - Cacao & Coconut

  • 1/2 cup Paleo Powerfood

  • 1 tbs honey

  • juice from 1/2 an orange

  • 1 tsp vanilla

  • desiccated coconut for rolling the balls in


Combine all ingredients except for the desiccated coconut into a food processor and blitz until well combined and slightly sticky.  Wet hands and form into small balls (a bit smaller than a golf ball) and then roll them in the desiccated coconut.  Refrigerate until ready to eat.
