PLACING AN ORDER
Payment is by PayPal, credit card or direct bank transfer only.
Your account details are safely encrypted and we will not keep details of your card or bank account number.
We can only accept orders for delivery within New Zealand.
The first email confirms we have received your order.
The second email is sent to confirm it has been dispatched.
Occasionally, a requested product has gone out of stock in the time between ordering and processing. We will contact you to either arrange for a refund, or to back-order the product, if appropriate.
All orders are sent from our Auckland logistics facility.
If you’d like your delivery left elsewhere, or you have particular information about delivering to your location, please state this in the Delivery Instructions box on the Check Out page.
All orders under $70 will incur a delivery charge, the cost depends on where you live.
They are delivered by PBT Couriers and are trackable.
Sometimes damage can occur in transit. If you’re not satisfied with the condition of the goods you have received please contact the deliveries team (021 589 185) Monday to Friday 9am to 4pm, or firstname.lastname@example.org, to arrange a refund or replacement. Any claims need to be made within 24 hours
Let us know if your delivery has not arrived in a timely manner.
We can call the courier and track your delivery progress. Three Fountains will not be liable for a delay in delivery that is due to causes beyond our control.
